The two hour workshop will be held at the Deer Park Public Library located at 44 Lake Avenue, Deer Park. The presenters are award-winning professional writers with experience in journalism, editing, organizational communications and consulting. Their book, The Truth About the New Rules of Business Writing, was published in 2010 by Financial Times Press.

Western Suffolk, through regular monthly meetings, provides continuing programs addressing the needs of working women (equality in the workplace, women’s health issues, financial planning for working women and into retirement, and educational programs to grow our members’ business and workplace skills). organization is also active in assisting the next generation of women through educational opportunities, youth leadership development and scholarships.
